Bush Foods from our Trade Route Tucker selections will be served as large sample platters containing seasonal and other harvests along with a ‘Welcome’ drink. Come gather around and enjoy the smells of mouth-watering treats being cooked by the gidgee coals which may include samples when available, of possibly the greatest giver of life in the desert other than Mother Earth herself and the Sun, Marloo the Kangaroo.
